JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Evaluate partnerships within your portfolio
  • Understand the baseline requirements for Hotel Chain performance & ensure your portfolio is free of barriers to book at all times
  • Develop products & business development opportunities to overindex growth targets
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with Key Accounts to promote brand awareness and maximize sales.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPI’s, budgets and business goals.
  • Manage the planning and implementation of sales and promotional plans at store level.
  • Liaise with the field team to promote the effective execution of sales and promotional plans.
  • Maintain close contact with Key Accounts, highlighting planned strategies to develop profitable business and gathering information for future business plans and initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance and promotional effectiveness of assigned accounts by regularly reviewing and reporting on sales performance, sales forecasts and market trends.
  • Understand, develop and implement the Key Brand messages, distribution and marketing strategies.
  • Work with key customer data systems (Global Company or Wholesales) on customer premises as required, to assist with stock control and coordination.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to account customers.
  • Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity and report on developments.
  • Manage forecasting and budget development process for Key Accounts.
  • Manage all administrative duties related to Key Accounts
  • Undertake review of trading terms annually or as required within assigned approval guidelines.
  • Manage the delivery of customer expectations via reasonable operational processes taking full account of customer services
  • Plan and propose tourism tradeshow, domestic or overseas sales call trips, make sure you join at least 3 tradeshows or roadshow, 03 domestic sales trip and 01 overseas sales trip a year
  • Prepare, edit and manage sales SOP, implement or corporate with DOS to deploy training for hotel sales teams
  • Keep close relationship with hotel sales teams to update, exchange market database and analytic to support each other in archiving KPIs
  • JOB REQUIREMENT

  • 3+ years’ experience in an e-commerce account management role
  • 3+ years’ experience working within travel / tourism
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel & data modelling
  • Current travel technology / hotel systems knowledge (CRS, PMS, GDS, CM)
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written & spoken)
  • Excellent problem solving, numerical and analytical skills

  • High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with sales and other functional teams
