Summary of Responsibilities
Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to support Lubrizol’s TPU products sales within a designated geographic territory or by nature of customers.
Focuses on supporting regional sales , new business development and maintaining customer relationships.
Engage with target brands determined by the segment strategy, identify business opportunities and execute marketing and business plans for Footwear (major) and Apparel markets.
Responsible for market / brand research, analysis, understanding, , support product promotion, analysis of customer / end user / OEM needs and support sales tools development.
Strong coordination and communication with global and regional colleagues to ensure alignment with segment strategy.
Essential Job Functions
Support the sales and market development activities to promote growth of the business for assigned accounts and territories.
Effective & on time support for business development plans by probing end users, OEMs, customers’ unmet needs by being aligned with the market segment and each Sales territory strategy
Identify gaps in Lubrizol’s current capabilities and implement action plans to address them
Work closely with global / regional marketing, sales and technical team to implement and launch of new products, gain early market acceptance, and accelerate penetration
Manage opportunities for Lubrizol customers in a proactive manner. Suport actions in order to become the differentiated / unique market leader.
Understand global and regional market trends applying market research skills
Implement account plans that are well aligned with the business strategy.
Comply with administrative requirements (call reports, forecasting, expense reports, etc.).
Represent Lubrizol at trade shows, conferences, and at local industry association, demand planning, and regional marketing meetings as agency
Identify and evaluate market opportunities to be able to enter new and growing applications, identify and support the launch of new products.
Identify, generate and capture more value from both new and existing solutions.
Support marketing promotion and communication activities in Vietnam
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements :
Bachelors degree, adventage for chemical related major, 3 10 years experience in chemical field or minimum 3 years of professional sales or marketing experience in chemical industry .
Strong skills in Market Analysis. Highly competent in developing and implementing strategies.
Commercial acumen including : value chain analysis, customer needs analysis, definition of value proposition and marketing positioning
Ability to work effectively in a global team with cross functional members (sales, technical and operations)
Demonstrated successes in implementing new product, solution, technology and value selling programs.
Excellent interpersonal abilities and a strong drive for results
Strong knowledge of Shoe industry is preferred
Prefer to understand and experience in electronics and industrial industry value chains
English and Korean are compulsory and capable for Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese are preferred
Willing and able to travel 6 0% of the time (3 days per week on average)
Presentation and computer skills.
Vietnam residence card and working permit required
