JOB DESCRIPTION
1. A&P Activities Planning
Supervise Marcom PICs (TV, Visual & Sound / Game and Digital Image) to coordinate with HQ / RHQ, Product marketing team, sales team, and related internal / external teams for all Digital Communications & Events (New Line-up Launch, Summer / Mid-year / Year-end campaigns) On time planning and execution across PDCA process
Supervise the whole mar-com team for Cross Category and Xperia Annual roadshow event, Sales Promotion : Mid-Year and Tet - On time planning and execution across PDCA process
2.Media and Communication
Act as the strategic lead and manage and deliver the organization’s media and PR strategy.
Supervise PR PIC to coordinate with HQ / RHQ, product marketing members, sales team, and related internal / external teams.
Also enhance relationship with media and manage local crisis (if any) to minimize impact to Sony image
3.Digital Marketing Communication
Supervise the Digital Marketing Team : Always on campaigns across Corporate social platforms (FB, YT, INS, Database, website)
Drive O2O
Digital Marketing Report / Campaign Consolidation
Internal Digital Consultancy (KPI setting & monitoring)
Work with Regional team for SEM and Always-on Facebook Explore new types of media
4.Inhouse designer
Supervise In house designer in terms of design concept, messages and following CI guidelines
5.Budget & KPIs Management
Monthly Marketing A&P Budget Management
A&P WOW (way of working) review with HQ / RHQ (twice a year)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant
English : Able to communicate in business level
At least 2 years experience in marketing communication especially in media planning and buying. In Media industry is preferable.
Having Marketing communication knowledge in Electronics products or Agency (media or creative), especially camera knowledge would be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across departments and functions
Excellent written / oral communications and analytical skills
Ability to think in a creative and strategic way, but adept at delivering operationally
Ability to learn fast and adapt well in unfamiliar situations; Change agility
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
