Essential and optional requirements

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • BA / MBA degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Proficient English and any other language is an advantage
  • MISSION

  • Set strategies and work with the Director of Sales and Marketing in the sales plan specific for Hoi An to achieve budgeted revenue.
  • Monitor the available Revenue Management tools
  • Work and cooperate with the reservation department of the hotel
  • Coordinate the pricing of the main sales contracts
  • Ensure a good E-distribution monitoring
  • Constructively challenge the operational decisions
  • Organize the reporting of commercial reports as required management by advising market intelligence
  • Oversee commercial responsibilities in Hoi An covering banquet and rooms.
  • Optimize yields in all sales distribution channels
  • Analyze all distribution channels to optimize sales
