Collaborate with Credit team to analyse and store the credit status for future improvement.
Conduct filtering process with partners / referral channels to speed up approval-process.
Update weekly report / growth activities to relative stakeholders - eg. client journey, status, survey to ensure partners / referral channels / clients understand our decision in full details with logic.
Handle VIP clients and / or assist to migrate the great portfolio into SG to have credit-line / card.
Perform the third party success to clients / partners / referral channels to upgrade the satisfaction rate.
Responsible for communicating to relative third parties.

You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B sales / account management, Partnerships & Alliances or Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the Corporate Banking and IT Software industry.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
