Job Description

Stock Management (Inventory Management) : Ensure all stock procedure are in accordance with Company guideline

  • Receiving and checking of new stock
  • Coordination of monthly cycle count and diamond audit
  • Placement of stock, merchandise, marketing collaterals and packaging orders from store
  • Coordinating with Merchandiser
  • Transferring of stock in and out
  • Responsible for complying with local regulations and ensuring duty rate declared is compliant for import and export and including temporary inventory related to consignment.
  • Provide necessary translation and documentation to support audits.

  • Review variance between actual and E1 System provision amount on duty, custom and freight
  • Support Regional Logistics on identification of saving opportunities for import broker agency, freight forwarders, broker and warehouse rental etc
  • Monitor service providers KPIs and delivery against Service Level Agreements and flag any concerns / shortfall.
  • Work closely with Regional Product Performance Management to ensure that retail operations and merchandising strategies are aligned to drive sales
  • Rebalance of stock and availability of stock outside of market, and managing inter-market Inventory transfer including application of Carnet / consignment as required
  • Lead analysis of merchandising / product category and stock performance, to advise local team on selling strategies e.
  • g. best sellers, availability, seasonal ordering decisions

    Back Office Administration to Store Operations

  • Support store manager to implement store policies, procedures and guidelines and ensure compliance in place
  • Take co-lead on projects with store manager to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
  • Perform store reporting SOPs and report to store manager if any issues
  • Reports Coordination and tabulation
  • Filing and documentation of sales, merchandise and transfer reports
  • Assist in daily audits of checklists
  • Assist in management of petty cash
  • Assist in Store Maintenance from vendor contacting to reporting to store management
  • Perform daily cash bank-in procedures
  • Support COMPASS system issues
  • After Sales Service (Servicing)

  • Coordination of merchandise repairs
  • Provide support for customer service repairs to Hong Kong and New York
  • Support COM count on a quarterly basis
  • Requirements :

  • University Degree / Diploma, Certificate preferred
  • Good written and spoken English
  • At least 3 years working experience, preferably in retail industry
  • A team player with an enthusiastic, committed with "can-do" attitude, good communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to work multi-task, and under pressure
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office software)
  • Open to work non-office hours / support retail hours
