OBJECTIVES

  • Support for the configuration, implementation, maintenance and support of one or more applications leveraged by HR Division;
  • Support for creates and maintains system documentation and configuration standards; and Support for works with project team to resolve problems and improve user effectiveness.

  • Be responsible for implementing HR reporting system for HR Division.
  • COMMUNICATION

    Internal (within VPB FC) : IT / BUs / others dept in HR

  • To support manage all daily activities and coordinate with others to
  • External (outside VPB FC) : Vendors

  • Support collaborates with IT / Vendor to perform regular tests and upgrades HRIS
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support implement plan for Maintain and update Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Support for build aggregate views of data sources and utilize existing analytical models into meaningful hierarchies
  • Implement develop all reports and analyses with direction from Line Manager requirement.
  • Ensure that all weekly, monthly, quarterly internal and external reports are completed accurately and forwarded to appropriate destination on time.
  • Support for create and maintain system documentation and configuration standards, and support for work to support a roadmap of continually improving efficiency and system reliability
  • Support / collaborate with HRSS Unit, OPS Unit, R&P Dept to perform their tasks in HRIS
  • Undertake other duties as directed by Unit Head of HR Data Management.
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business, Economics / Management, Mathematics / Statistics or another relevant quantitative field required
  • At least 03 years of solid working experience in HR management, which at least 02 year in data management (analysis, information science, data visualization, or other relevant quantitative field preferred) in HR field, preferably in financial industry, banks or financial companies
  • Experience and understanding of related DBs and good knowledge of using SQL, My SQL, Oracle, MS Excel and similar data analytics tools
  • Demonstrate ability in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex HR applications.
