Responsibilities1. Drive advertising revenue growth through enabling sales with sponsorship packages by putting together TikTok standard, non-standard ads resources / placements, TikTok creator resources, etc.
2. Deliver detailed-creating of pitching decks and customized rate cards as well as client communications when necessary;
3. Responsible for project-related trainings and presentations both internally and externally;4. Providing strategic planning, copywriting, and related work supports as needed.
5. Work with the sales team to manage client expectations, maintaining good client relationships;6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across pre-sell, during-sell & after-sell working process;
7. Responsible for managing projects in high-level, pushing and pulling multi-processes into the projects to deliver the final solution.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above;- 3-5 years of professional and team management experience in media, technology or consulting companies;
Experience working with creators and developing branded creator content preferred; - Strong project management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in SEA;- Excellent communication skills in person, over email and on the phone;
Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking; - Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments;
Knowledge of digital third-party servers, measurement, content and media verification partners;- Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
