We are supporting our clients towards digital independence, allowing them to break away from proprietary IT Giants.

We are deploying our Open Source expertise across the world, and within the most innovative Cloud and Infrastructure projects.

The company has offices in France (Paris, Marseille, Lyon and Toulouse), Canada (Montréal), US (San Francisco), Belgium (Brussels), Vietnam (Hanoi) and Tunisia (Tunis).

LINAGORA Vietnam was established in 2015, with the mission of Building a sustainable digital economy for Vietnam! . We are conducting various projects with local government and are offering continuously training programs to Vietnamese IT Engineers on Open Source Technology.

The company is fully devoted to contributing to the construction of Vietnam digital economy and the development of Vietnam digital academy. For this, we need you!

In order to further develop Linagora Vietnam and extend Linagora’s activities into wider Southeast Asia market, we are looking for a Business Development Director for our Hanoi subsidiary in Vietnam.

Joining LINAGORA on this position, you’ ll promote our free software and services. You will participate to the the development of digital ethics.


The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and developing strong relationships with customers.

You’ll promote our free software and services.

Your duties and responsibilities :

Develop a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with customers

Promote the company’s products / services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Prepare sales contracts ensuring guidelines of company

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

As a true entrepreneur, you mobilize multiple actors (pre-sales managers, experts, project managers, R&D team, etc.) to develop innovative and winning proposals for our clients

Catch-up new technologies, digital techniques and provide recommendation for adoption where appropriate

Participate to other Company’s projects from time to time.


Bachelor / Master degree in Business administration, Marketing, Economics, Management or equivalent

5+ years of experience in the same position

Experience in the IT sector / IT project is highly regarded

Experience in customer support, market research

Good knowledge of IT sector, technology trends, market; understand about the universe of Free Software is highly regarded

Good knowledge in project management

Excellent communication skills, oral & written Vietnamese and English; French is a plus

A high level of autonomy and responsibilities

Proactive and takes initiatives

Spirit of conquest, sense of commitment, rigor, technical curiosity, commercial talent, ability to handle complex long-cycle business.
