Supporting with E-learning project, mainly for Ics and riders throughout Vietnam (related to behavior / SOP / station management)
Suporting and coordinating training activities in Southern and Western areas (HR tour / soft skills)
Training basic skills for sales team and coordinate training courses related to sales based on work requirement
Assisting with other training programs for office staff. Building training materials based on training needs.
Assist the tasks are assigned by line manager
At least 1-2 year experience in L&D field (prefer in e-commerce companies or other same scale companies). Bachelor Degree in BA / Social Science is preferable
Have training experience for executive level
Soft skills such as : Communication, Teamwork, Decision Making, Problem-solving, public speaking.
English skills in writing and communication.
Good MO, computer skills and have ability to use designing software (Canva / PTS / AI). Know how to edit videos is a plus.
