    1) Precision Machining Supervision

  • Production supervision role that focuses on precision machining and some assembly operations
  • Responsible for multiple shift supervision.
  • Function is staffed, motivated, engaged and empowered to deliver a high and sustainable level of performance in an ever-changing environment
  • Lead and support machinists to increased performance, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Communication channels are active and open ensuring a free flow of 2 way information for your organization
  • Hiring, reviewing, promoting, counseling and / or terminating personnel is conducted in a fair, equitable manner
  • An accident free environment is maintained by following all safety, ergonomic and environmental procedures, and creating the attitude that all accidents / injuries are preventable
  • All laws, regulations, local policies and procedures are understood and complied with
  • Role model for Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Business Results
  • Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve results in all areas. Continuously monitor and drive improvement in employee performance, attendance and performance to goals.
  • Meet demand for on time delivery of quality parts at target cost throughout the operation
  • Continuously monitor process to identify any areas for process improvements that will reduce dependency on expense items and lower operating cost.
  • Any processes effecting yields are targeted as potential projects to be examined.
  • Monitor performance to procedures.
  • Maintains proper inventory levels.
  • 2) Business Operations

  • Moves processes from R&D (Delaware) to Vietnam in a copy exact fashion and effectively ramps
  • KPI objectives are achieved within budget, e.g. Yield, O.T.D.
  • Department processes are reviewed / audited for continuous improvement and cycle time reduction opportunities
  • Department processes are ISO 9001 compliant
  • All department records, reports and metrics are accurate and generated on time
  • Relevant Company Technology Control Plan, Export Compliance requirements, IP, IT, and Quality procedures are understood and executed
  • A high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, competency, and quality is established and maintained
  • Provide material and labor requirements for quoting purposes
  • Provide weekly updates to M Cubed & site management regarding delivery and budget performance including roadblocks that may hinder performance
  • Present periodic updates to M Cubed management on P&L performance against budget, open cost reduction initiatives, and current yield improvement projects.
  • 3) Human Resource Support

  • Manages M Cubed business of up to 20 employees.
  • Establish clear and specific objectives with all M Cubed personnel that support achievement of corporate goals
  • Responsible for timely & consistent communication
  • Responsible for the ongoing development, motivation, and satisfaction of M Cubed personnel.
  • Employee performance appraisals are conducted on time providing honest feedback and recognition
  • Hiring, reviewing, promoting, counseling and / or terminating personnel is conducted in a fair, equitable manner
  • Responsible for maintaining Quality Work Environment
  • Maintains a positive attitude and is cooperative in working with others.
  • Adapts readily to changes in work caused by new requirements and / or situations.
  • This position will be sent to America for training 3 month before start up new project in Vietnam

    Job Requirements

  • Required Number : 1
  • Year Experience : 7 Years
  • Minimum Career Level : Manager
  • Minimum Education Level : Bachelor Degree
  • Job Skills : - 4-year degree, or equivalent experience, in manufacturing engineering or management.
  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in all aspects of production and manufacturing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others
  • Experience with problem analysis and resolution at the functional level
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement
  • Desired technical skills set includes : Use of machining equipment, for design focus, experience with CAD, CAM, CNC programming, and use of CNC, EDM equipment
  • Experience and training in the use of Haas Equipment
  • Experienced with Total Quality Business Excellence and business process management
  • Ability to align performance objectives of direct reports with the global objectives set by upper management
  • Ability to understand, assimilate and react to new processes and changes
  • Able to execute plans, motivate and engage the workforce, evaluate work accomplishments and provide effective feedback
  • Travel, as required, to assist the development to manufacturing process & product transfer
  • Hands-on and very direct approach to leadership and problem resolution
