SAP EWM Experience :

Understanding of EWM Process Flows

Knowledge in basic and advanced functions of EWM (Warehouse strategies, WO, WT, HU, POSC, resource management, wave management, RF, VAS, warehouse monitor, Alerts )

Additional knowledge on Shipping Cockpit, DAS, EGF, MFS related areas would be an added advantage

Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively; Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, map these into SAP EWM processes and identify gaps and solution to these gaps.

Should be able to understand the processes adopted for custom developments, unit testing, function testing, integration testing, Go-live and support phases

To be part of SAP EWM rollout testing project and provide production support for the plants, which went go live

Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing

Work effectively and independently on assigned projects, train users

Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working

Other :

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions to fulfill customer requirements.

Perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.

Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.

Work on effort estimation and rough cost with timeline if we implement SAP EWM.

Proactively work on Fit Gap Analysis and propose suitable SAP process with system enhancements needed for the business requirements.

Lead the team actively on both the topics of functional and technical role.

Qualifications

10 to 12 years’ experience in SAP Implementation projects

Rich industry experience (Process and Manufacturing) with good logistics and transportation process knowledge

Experience in International teams (Japanese Customers / Stakeholders, Implementation team spread across Asia countries).

Good communication - English and Japanese

Problem solving, Flexibility, Leadership

Strong analytical skills, effective communication and the ability to convey complex issues and ideas

Soft skills and management skills (Presentation, Planning, scheduling and monitoring, Team handling)
