Job Description
Our client is a famous media and entertainment company in Vietnam who looking for HR Lead working in HCMC to join their firm :
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Plan and manage the recruitment and selection process (interviews, screen calls, etc)
Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, etc)
Establish and manage C&B system
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Requirements
Education & Qualification :
Bachelors Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Required knowledge / experience
At least 3+ years of working experience (prefer candidates with Media Agency / Entertainment industry background)
Excellent written and oral communication
Sense of HR, be able to communication with all employees with various background
Ability to manage multiple priorities for multiple stakeholders
Skill in managing time and workload effectively
Ability to work independently and under high pressure
Interest and knowledge in music / entertainment is a big advantage
