Main Roles :

We are currently looking for a responsible and fun-loving individual for the role of Head of Call Center. You will be reporting to the Head of Operations and will be responsible for managing the whole Call Center Department of FLOW Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City.

Main Responsibilities :

Call Center team management,

Call Center productivity increase,

Call Center capacity planning and utilization,

Dialer management and calling queue control,

Call Center’s collected amount increase,

Communications in Call Center,

Building of culture of continuous improvement in Call Center,

Manages and initiates improvements to the incentive scheme in Call Center,

Maintenance and improvement of people management processes in Call Center,

Team’s mentorship and development.

Qualifications and Experience :

Proven experience of collections management through call center / contact center is a must,

Graduation / PG (in Management) or MBA is preferred,

Strong leadership skills,

Advanced motivational and inspirational people management,

In-depth understanding of call center performance parameters and their drivers,

Ownership and proactive approach.
