Job Description

  • To develop and lead the sales team of 7 to 10 sales force to achieve the Sales targets
  • Providing strong leadership and motivation to the team members
  • Monitoring and supervising the Sales production & activities
  • Coordinating with Marketing Department to build high quality potential customer base
  • Involving in sales process including negotiating, decision making missions
  • Practicing Company rules, ethics and personnel management to direct staffs
  • Achieve sales target and find new business opportunity.
  • Co-work with other team members to drive the best business (sales) results.
  • Lead, integrate & build compelling report & analysis to management team with accurate, actionable learning & recommendation.
  • Engage, manage & build strong relationship with key partners inside and outside company.
  • Develop / maintain relationships with our strategic accounts and driving revenue of Cho Tot’s advertising services.
  • Identify business opportunities with potential customers and build / maintain relationships with decision makers.
  • Initiate cooperation with prospects, negotiate and close deals through accurate forecasts and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Build a sustainable and scalable sales force.
  • Manage and mentor sales team.
  • Perform tasks based on management direction.
  • Direct report to CEO
  • Job Requirements

  • Required Number : 5
  • Year Experience : 5 Years
  • Minimum Career Level : Manager
  • Minimum Education Level : Bachelor Degree
  • Job Skills : - Male or Female Vietnamese.
  • University degree from Universities of Economics, Foreign Trade University, Bachelor in Business Administration or relevant.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role in a quality organization (Apparel / shoes and FMCG ).
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English. Chinese / Korea / Japanese is plus
  • Strong negotiation skills & able to handle guests well.
  • Dynamic personality, a team player, honest, possesses self-initiative and motivation, outgoing, pleasant looking and an achiever.
  • Willing to work hard and sometimes long hours and preferably already possesses own client database.
  • Creating, training and managing staffs of sales professionals.
  • Able to work independently under pressure & able to adapt to fast changing situations.
