The Role

You will manage the commercial Leasing & Marketing Department and to supervise the Leasing team to formulate and implement strategies to maximize the revenue and occupancy rates at all times for all of the commercial properties within the Company’s portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's portfolio

Monitor trends for competition in the market (both Hanoi and Saigon) / manage market intelligence as well as conduct market research of competitors, market benchmark in order to formulate and implement leasing strategies which are suitable to relevant assets

Work closely with Property Management / operations, Asset Management and Finance teams to ensure to achieve the most efficient result and compliance.

Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents

Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost

Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agencies / brokers / consultants, etc.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business, Marketing

Prefer candidates with ability to converse in Japanese.

5-6 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing

Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts

Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
