A.Planning, training and Operating

Report on store situation every day, weekly, monthly to Regional Supervisor.
Propose solutions, measures and policies to maintain the situation of goods to Regional Supervisor.
Organize and guide inventory activities periodically.
Report the results of periodic store reviews for Regional Supervisor.
Request support and provide necessary documents from HO related departments for the operation of the store.
Propose solutions and plans to maintain and improve the operation of the store
B.Maintain the operation of the store
Organize and guide inventory activities periodically.
Attendance of employees sending personnel
Explain the inventory results to the MD department
Report the cash difference to the accountant HO
Maintain the operation of the store
Guide, monitoring employees and direct the work during the work process of store
Guidance on ordering, receiving goods, displaying and managing goods....
Guidance on cash register and declaring sales for staff.

Vocational school, college with major in Food Technology, Biotechnology or related industries. Having managing convenience stores, restaurants or catering services experience is priority.
Certificate : HACCP, ISO - GMP, SSOP
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint
At least 01 year of work experience or equivalent position in relevant field (café, fast food restaurant and CVS)
Careful, thoughtful, serious at work.
Having good service thinking and customer service, always putting customer interests first.
Have a creative and sensitive mind in predicting trends and tastes of customers in the retail industry.
Be knowledgeable about customer service and operations in retail or retail stores.
Good communication and communication skills.
