We’re looking for a Temporary Billing Associate Finance team to join our team.
As part of our finance team, your insights and skills will be highly valued as you help us achieve our financial and business goals.

ABOUT YOU
In your role as a Temporary Billing Associate Finance team you will :
Ensure billing cycles and accuracy in invoicing to customer is always maintained
To reconcile with customer to finalize the billing amount
To issue VAT invoice and ensure they are released in timely manner
To prepare VAT output declaration and other related tasks
Innovate billing processes
List and maintain the billing process and ensure the accurate reporting of profitability on all distribution and mail solutions services
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reports and schedules
Other ad-hoc assignments
We’re looking for people with the following experience :
Newly graduate Minimum College holder with at least a year of relevant work experience
Can work short-term (7 months)
Have opportunity to sign long-term contract if available
Enjoy working with number and being a detail oriented person
Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Organized and structured in performing tasks
Independent and possess good work commitment
