Overseeing all things administrative
In a nutshell, being the project administrator entails the question What can I do to help ease up processes for our project teams?
Particularly, in this role, you’ll support the team and act as the project teams’ main point person for all things administrative from organising meetings and conferences, to coordinating all IT-
related concerns. Likewise, you’ll be handling travel arrangements, periodic events, inventories and vendor presentations.
You’ll also champion various administrative processes.
Supporting the team in any way possible
Are you comfortable around people? If yes, then communications-related tasks such as staff onboarding and orientation, courier services and other HR-
related concerns should be a piece of cake. Aside from these, you’ll also create monthly reports, coordinate with local and regional finance teams and undertake other ad hoc tasks as required.

An industry expert
Do you have a diploma in business administration or any related field? How about several years’ experience in working with project management, consulting or contracting companies?
