Giaohangtietkiem JSC. (GHTK) is a professional delivery company specializing in e-Logistics, providing fast and high-quality delivery service.
GHTK currently has over 550 branches in 63 provinces, more than 27.000 employees and will continue to grow in 2020.
We are looking for a Project Management Assistant who is dynamic with the ability to multitask to take charge of different operational projects.
For the first 1-3 months, you will be provided with certain guidance along with practical application to current projects.
Then you will be responsible for managing a part of the GHTK operation system and also ensuring customer service quality.
This position reports to the Chief Operation Officer.
1 / What you will do
Manage current projects by having branch-visits regularly in Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh city : track daily progress, detect critical problems and promptly take action to solve the root cause, report weekly to Chief Operation Officer;
Evaluate current operation status : research and propose new strategies to enhance service quality, customer satisfaction and maintain life-long customer relations;
Manage human resources system : training new staffs, supervising and reporting on their productivity;
Working with data and extract insights by analyzing data in order to implement operational excellence;- Directly execute new projects to ensure the 6-hour delivery service, collaborate and negotiate with different stakeholders to ensure implementation;
support other projects when needed;- Research to understand the current trends of E-Logistics industry in general, and customer insights in specific;
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Chief Operation Officer.

Final-year students or fresh graduates from universities in
HN : FTU, NEU, DAV, AOF, BA, RMIT, HUST ;
HCM : FTU, UEH, UEL, HCMUT, UFM, IU, HUFLIT, ;
A logical, analytical, and critical mindset with strong problem-solving skill and resilience;- Good leadership and interpersonal skills : the ability to work flexibly with a wide range of staff throughout the company and communicate / interact effectively with different stakeholders- Ability to multi-task and work independently under tight deadlines with high responsibility;
Basic understanding about technology system is preferred;- Customer centricity, influence and negotiation skills;- Self-motivation, optimism and be open-minded.
