Job Description

  • Prepare and manage the payroll system for Headquarter and other offices
  • Ensure compliance with local wage and employment laws, including pay and benefits review and recommendations
  • Assist in development and administration of compensation strategy and structure; company recognition programs
  • Develop and maintain salary range structures, establishes cost effective allowances and establishes market-based benefits
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analysis to identify internal trends and compliance improvements
  • Analyze published and custom country surveys; review appropriateness of current surveys and researches and recommend new opportunities for obtaining salary and benefit data
  • Participate in compensation and benefit surveys in order to collect market data to determine, establish, and maintain market competitiveness
  • Assist in the development and delivery of total reward statements
  • Assist with HRIS data reporting; analyze current HRIS processes for overall effectiveness and recommend enhancements to optimize business processes
  • Coordinate the preparation of employee communications with regard to compensation and benefits
  • Collaborate as part of the Total Rewards team to develop internal best practices and continually improve the Annual Increase process
  • Qualifications

  • 5 years of related job experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of compensation concepts, including job analysis, market pricing, and total rewards
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and ability to successfully perform in-depth analyses. Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of commonly-used Human Resources concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to research, compiles, and interprets data in a logical format
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced, challenging and dynamic environment. Able to identify potential issues, take the initiative to resolve problems and think through future implications
  • Experience in a multinational working environment is preferred
