Role Purpose : This position is responsible for sales activities in Ho Chi Minh markets of footwear : to manage and develop business of allocated sales territory by implementing sales plan, providing necessary supports to gain customer satisfaction. Key Accountabilities :
Monthly Sales Achievement / Annual sales Achievement / Product Mix Turnover.
Maintain existing customers and create sales opportunities via share gain, up-gradation and price increase to meet the sales target set.
Follow up and monitor the specification gained by Global sales team, actively feedback the results and consult with Global sales team if there is any violation of subcontractors re.
compliance of specification
Number of new business gain with sales recorded and / or specification gain
Collection achievement vs. target
Education, Qualification and Experience : 1. Essential :
University degree in related field, preferable with garment and accessories background.
At least 3-year experience in sales.
Proven ability to work independently in key customer management
Communicate fluently in Vietnamese and English
Ability to analyse sales information
2. Desirable :
Chinese speaking is preferable
Good at technical know-how in sales
