Role Purpose : This position is responsible for sales activities in Ho Chi Minh markets of footwear : to manage and develop business of allocated sales territory by implementing sales plan, providing necessary supports to gain customer satisfaction. Key Accountabilities :

  • Monthly Sales Achievement / Annual sales Achievement / Product Mix Turnover.
  • Maintain existing customers and create sales opportunities via share gain, up-gradation and price increase to meet the sales target set.
  • Follow up and monitor the specification gained by Global sales team, actively feedback the results and consult with Global sales team if there is any violation of subcontractors re.
  • compliance of specification

  • Number of new business gain with sales recorded and / or specification gain
  • Collection achievement vs. target
  • Education, Qualification and Experience : 1. Essential :

  • University degree in related field, preferable with garment and accessories background.
  • At least 3-year experience in sales.
  • Proven ability to work independently in key customer management
  • Communicate fluently in Vietnamese and English
  • Ability to analyse sales information
  • Excellent interpersonal
  • 2. Desirable :

  • Chinese speaking is preferable
  • Good at technical know-how in sales
