The successful candidate will be an energetic, motivated and proven business development leader who will drive continued success for the rapidly growing Business Unit, Provide overall leadership for business development, strategy, planning and execution for the largest and most strategic customers in Vietnam.
Responsible for promoting the entirety of Qualcomm’s product portfolio, driving sales and business development activities to consistently exceed design win (revenue) targets, and for helping to manage ongoing successful execution of existing programs in target accounts.
Understanding the customers’ and partners’ businesses, strategies and objectives and facilitating business deals ensuring alignment with Qualcomm’s business objectives and requirements.
He / she would assist in building credibility with industry partners by articulating Qualcomm’s value proposition and positioning Qualcomm as the provider of choice in the space.
Have in-depth expertise and robust experience in building business cases for previously unidentified business opportunities and influencing strategic business partners to define and deploy technology-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Own the overall customer, including developing and managing relationships across the technical and commercial groups, from working level to leadership
Maintain a deep and dynamic understanding of the customer’s business and technical objectives, strategies and capabilities, and ensure ongoing alignment with Qualcomm business objectives
Incubate new business and revenue opportunities in conjunction with BU, including generating business cases and proposals for account-specific collaborations and investments
Account management working closely with extended BU (product management. Product marketing, program management, customer engineering, development engineering, etc.
ensure that customer needs at all phases of program, from concept development to RFx to commercial deployment (SOP) and beyond are addressed
Work closely with broader Qualcomm support organization (Legal, Contracts, Sales Operations, Customer Service, etc.), to support all aspects of the customer business cycle : NDAs, License agreements, Salesforce, Development tools, Customer support and issue resolution, Forecasting, Pricing strategy, Customer service, Production and EOL management
Maintain sales pipeline, provide monthly forecasts, and support quarterly and annual account reviews
Minimum Qualifications
15+ years of demonstrated success in Business Development, Sales, Product Management or related work experience.
Proven track record in building business pipeline and delivering strong revenue growth with large accounts
Experiences in semiconductor industry
Experiences in services and digital transformation solutions sales
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
People management experiences is preferred
Fluency in English and Vietnamese
Required Education :
Required : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business, or related field.
MBA or Master of Technical Sciences degree is the plus
