About the role

HR Operations Senior Officer's responsibilities include maintain and ensure smooth operation of people services in terms of employee data management, attendance, payroll, social insurances (SIHIUI), personal income tax (PIT), reporting, HRIS operations.


  • Support to review HR operational policies and procedures and enforce compliance
  • Handle attendance, payroll, insurance, tax for assigned entity
  • In charge of Medical Insurance and other benefit admistration
  • Implement onboarding / offboarding and employee status change procedures
  • Manage employee database, labor contract, probationary follow-up, leave & attendance
  • Maintain HRIS operations within assignment
  • Respond to employees’ inquiries relating to compensation & benefits.
  • Make HR reports (Headcount, salary, attendance etc.)
  • Work and maintain good relationship with related local authorities (tax / social insunrance, labor department etc.) and ensure legal compliance
  • Invovle in related HR projects
  • Ad-hoc basic for people serviced related tasks assigned by HR Operations Manager / HR Operations Supervisor.
  • Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Labor law & related regulations
  • Good at MS Office skills, especially MS. Excel
  • Experience using HRIS is preferred
  • Good at English communication
  • Detail-oriented, logical, reporting skill
